Kolkata Traffic Police has organised Anti-Honking Rally throughout Kolkata today at 10. 30 a m by all 25 Traffic Guards. Kailash Mohta of Silent Crusade Foundation was delighted to be a part of it as his own dream of 'Making "Horn Free India" has found renewed vigour through this initiative.
