Cinépolis, India’s 1st international and the world’s 2nd largest movie theatre circuit by attendance, has gifted foodies an array of lip-smacking dishes. The launch of the 15 new dishes created in association with Chef Saransh Goila are in line with the brands endeavor to offer an extraordinary culinary experience to movie goers.
The expansive menu is a well-curated blend of consumer favourites with a twist that present new categories and revamp the existing menu for foodies. Some of the Chef special dishes include - Paneer Tikka Salad, Malai Seekh Bun Roll, Aloo Tikki Roll, Masala Coke, Mac n Cheese, Chocolate Desserts and a selection of chocolate desserts. With focus on fresh and handpicked ingredients, designing of serves for easy consumption in cinemas and strikingly gorgeous plating – the patrons can experiment with flavors from a delectable menu, informed Mr. Devang Sampat, Dy CEO, Cinépolis India.
The introduction of new dishes has been an elaborate exercise, which included a thorough analysis of the previous menu, understanding consumer preferences, multiple iterations with new recipes and intensive Pan-India training of the Cinépolis F&B personnel in the precise preparation of the dishes, all done directly by Chef Saransh.
