MIRZAPUR PALLY SARBAJANIN DURGOTSAV Committee has organized 76th Durga Puja this year. The Puja, located at 53A, Surya Sen Street, Sealdah, had won special appreciation from 'Hello Kolkata Puja Parikrama'.
The Chairperson of this Durga Puja is Smt. Soma Chaudhuri (Councillor of Ward-37) and President is Priyal Chaudhuri, the President of Ward-37. The Vice-President of this Puja is Jayanta Kumar Ghosh. Joint Secretaries of this Puja are Srikanta Dutta and Joyjit Kotal. The joint Asst. Secretaries are Pratik Saha and Sagar Das. The Cultural Secretaries are Sayan Saha and Sourav Saha. The joint treasures are Pranab Bhattacharya and Rohit Das.
The advisors of this Puja are Rajib Das and Sayantan Kar. On 4th October, Mahasasthi, the Councillor Smt. Soma Chaudhuri and Puja President Sri Priyal Chaudhuri did the inauguration. They also graced cloth distribution to the poor local people, an initiative supported by the Puja Committee and also locals.
