11th May at Calcutta Press Club witnessed the announcement of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Memorial Hospital at Bongaon. This will be a state-of-the-art Super-Speciality Hospital, declared its Founder - the great visionary Sri Gouranga Mondal, eminent social worker from a small village of Bongaon. He remarked that this hospital will cater to all sections of the society, including providing heavy concession for the poor people who can even get special discounts for their treatment.
This noble initiative of launch of DSMM Hospital was fully supported by members of United Bureau of Human Right and Crime Control, a human rights Organization which is working all over India. The officials of UBHRCC also spoke about their vision and mission. Eminent human rights activists like Raj Singh (UBHRCC National President), Mrigank Agrahari (UBHRCC State President) and other officials were felicitated by Sri Gouranga Mondal.
The Press Meet was attended by several media-persons. A host of eminent dignitaries present on the occasion included Aloke Datta, Dr. Arun Kumar, Yoga-Guru Chandan Das, Boby Mondal, Dr. Sujata Chatterjee, Devsmita Dutta, Ajay Ghosh, Sarbani Roy, Naval officer Parimal Malakar, Moonmoon Banerjee, Jayashree Khara, Ratna Mondal, Papri Das, Samir Banerjee and others.
The dignitaries also launched the poster of 'VOTE GEETI" - an AV album directed by Asish Basak, produced by Hello Kolkata, powered by Innomania Motion Pictures and presented by Sri Gouranga Mondal.
