IBMS (an educational & HRD consultancy) had presented Para-Medical Certificates to their successful students Gobinda Mal, Animul Sk, Afsana Parvin, Sabnam Parvin and Ismotara Khatun. The grand felicitation ceremony took place during a colourful cultural program at K. P. Ghosh Memorial, Sealdah on 28th April eve in presence of IBMS Directors Dr. Arun Kumar and Asalam Ahamad, singer Radha Das and other dignitaries.

During the cultural program, IBMS also felicitated special achievers from various fields.
