Aaditya Goutam is a well-known name in the world of music.
He has been trained rigorously in the intricacies of Hindustani classical music under the guidance of stalwarts like Sri Debendra Pradhan, Sri Gobinda Banerjee, Pandit Dinanath Mishra and Sri. Sunil Roy Chowdhury. However his journey of training began under Smt. Deepika Das Gupta whom be fondly addressed as 'Mashi Ma'.
Aaditya believes in lyrics which are poetic and descriptive. His meaningful composition can be felt in his melodious song albums-‘Preyoshee’, ‘Abhimani Chand’, 'Megh Cheran Bristi', etc.. Aaditya has received wide acclaim for his wonderful solo album "Nandini."
Aaditya Goutam is also noted as a talented playback singer. He has been appreciated for his performance in ‘Chakra', ‘Raat Porir Rupkhata', ‘Premer Phandey Kakatua’ , ‘Priya Tumi Kar', ‘Kahani 2', etc..
Aditya has also worked in popular jingles for many esteemed organizations like National Jute Corporation, Thumbs Up, Lafarze Cement, Pran Food Products, Linde Air, The Telegraph (Robibasoriyo), etc...
Aaditya Goutam was earlier awarded as 'Voice of the Year' by HMV. He was also selected as 'HMV Artist of the Year'.
For his wonderful musical work, Aaditya Goutam will be presented with "Kavi Pranam Samman 2019" during a gala ceremony presented by 'Angela Event' on 9th May eve at Birla Planetarium Hall.
