Balaka Abasan Puja Committee at New Town, Kolkata-156 are one of the significant entrants of 'Hello Kolkata SHARAD SAMMAN'.
They have already completed 16 years. It is the first and largest Durga Puja of New Town. They have been already awarded from various organization like 24Ghanta, RPlus, Times of India, SF SONIK, NKDA, etc.
Like previous year, Balaka Abasan Puja Committee is also organizing a Mela with Giant Wheel, Break Dance, Dragon Train, Micky Mouse Magic Show and many children entertainment items. There will be about 30 stalls for various shops of food, cloth, garments, etc.
