Unseeded Abhinansu Borthakur sets up a summit clash against 2nd seeded Aditya Vardhan Roy Chowdhury in the Men's Open Singles category of the ongoing Calcutta Hard Court Tennis Championship 2019, been held at both the red clay and synthetic courts of the Calcutta South Club Ltd.
In the Ladies Singles semi final, top seeded Shatavisa Ghosh does justice to her billing as she overcomes the challenge from Amrita Ohdedar by a comfortable 6-1,6-4. Ghosh will meet Shireen Ahamed in the finals who in turn surpassed Tannishtha Mukherjee by a long 6-2,1-6,6-2.
