FICCI has organized a successful Webinar on “Intellectual Property Rights & Social Media" on 24th July 2020. It was a great experience to learn and share about the intellectual property rights issues in social media, the legal framework and social media laws and their correlation with intellectual property rights and how brand owners can safeguard their brands in social media in these challenging times.
Learned Attorneys from the Trademark Department of the reputed firm, L.S. Davar & Co. presented the informative slides on “Intellectual Property Rights & Social Media Laws", which enthralled the virtual gathering of over 150 plus audience.
The sole objective of this IP webinar was organized to create an awareness within the learned audiences invited by FICCI in relevance of IPR among the aspiring students from the Law Fraternity, Fortune 500 companies, Start-ups, Social Media Influencers, Brand Managers and Specialists from the Research and Development Departments and key stakeholders.
