"Employment Achiever's Award" was given by 'Agarwal and Agarwal Architects Company', in association with 'Bongo Nari' Boutique.
The mementos to the six achievers were handed over during a gala program on 3rd April afternoon at 'Worship House' by the owner of the company, Mr. J.P. Agarwal and co-owner, his wife, Mrs. Monal Agarwal.
Based on the employee's performance throughout the year and their 'Excellence in spite of Struggle', three male and three female employees of the company are chosen for this honor, based on the concept of Moumita Saha (Owner of 'Bongo Nari' Boutique).
Walking down the memory lane, during a candid chat with 'Exclusive Bulletin News' and 'Hello Kolkata', Mr. J.P. Agarwal informed that he had created this enterprise- 'Agarwal and Agarwal Architects Company' in 1986. A few months before that, the Agarwal couple had left Baroda town to explore options in Kolkata, the 'City of Joy'. They had started their business with humble means in a small manner at M.G. Road in Kolkata. Slowly, they grew in stature and had moved their work place to Panditia Road in South Kolkata for better business development. Now the company has more than hundred employees and also boasts of a healthy turnover, based on their wonderful execution of many top-class projects in Kolkata & all over India.
J.P. Agarwal rightly think that hard work is the only key to success. Sheer perseverance, sincerity and devotion towards work will help achieve our ambition, opined J.P. and Monal Agarwal.
