Helping the Needy during 'Basanti Puja'

'Basanti Puja' is celebrated with great fanfare by  Astrology & Astrologers' Welfare Association at the park of Baguiati Jora Mandir.

  Astrology & Astrologers' Welfare Association is organizing this grand festival for the 2nd year, informed its Chief Patron Guruji Sri Binoy Maharaj, an eminent Astrologer and Social Reformer.

The President (Mrs. Dr. Rama Sanyal), Secretary (Debasish Goswami), important members like renowned astrologers Ranjan Pathak, Bapan Bharati, Rathin Malluick, Monojit Aich, Jayanta Goswami, Dr. Sarbadeb Sanyal and others had graced the occasion.

    

 Besides Basanti Puja, the festival organized by Astrology & Astrologers' Welfare Association include clothes, books and food distribution for the poor people, health check-up, blood donation, cultural programs, etc.

      "We believe such socio-cultural welfare programs create stronger bond amongst our society and help promote harmony and brotherhood," remarked Guruji Sri Binoy Maharaj.
