Reetwika Banerjee creates a World Record with “Zenova”

On 21st July, Kolkata’s one of the most talked about next-gen publishing houses Literoma held  literary discussion during a fine retro evening at a city hotel.
The core focus of the eve was on ‘Zenova’ – a book by Award winning author Reetwika Banerjee.
‘Zenova’ was a non-dictionary word in English when in 2015 Reetwika Banerjee had coined it by conjugating two foreign words – Zen (Japanese) and Nova (Latin) and documented its dictionary meaning ‘fresh and improved’. Of late, the new word has been accepted after multiple rounds of scrutiny and Reetwika has been acclaimed with a World Record as the proposer of the new word.
This July 21st, Reetwika launched her latest book  ‘Zenova’ which presents forty-five handpicked short stories from her collections.
“I dedicated my World Record to this book and hence the title – 'Zenova' because I believe the stories herein are a zenova version of my previous ones.” said Reetwika.
