B-Town drools over MTV’s Biryani Emoticon


 Biryani Emoticon campaign, led by MTV, India’s No.1 Youth Brand, is an earnest plea to make the dish India’s first Indian emoticon on social media.  Following an unparalleled social media support from brands and commoners alike, the #BiryaniEmoticon campaign has received love in heaps and bounds from B-Town celebs like Ayushmann Khurrana, Soha Ali Khan, Neha Dhupia, Yami Gautam, Athiya Shetty & others. They have supported the initiative of making Biryani an emoticon on social media.
Co-conceptualized with Tonic Worldwide, the campaign dwelt on how biryani is an emotion; yet there isn’t an emoticon for it. MTV kick-started the campaign on social media with some quirky, bone tickling films, along with, tongue-in-cheek creatives and infographics, that made an earnest plea for the emoticon.
