A two-day Strategy Conference was held at the Rajarhat Complex of OFB. The conference was chaired by DGOF & Chairman, OFB. Members/OFB were present. Sr GMs/GMs from the Ordnance factories participated in it. The conference is aimed at deliberating on various strategies to improve the performance of the O.F. organisation.
OFB is emphasising on enhancing performances by improving relations with the customer and at the same time by furthering the flagship programme of the Government - ‘Make in India’. In this context, the conference holds a significant approach for futuristic needs of the organisation as a whole.
