Bengal's only hope in Boys & Girls Singles Under 18, Rohan Agarwal and Shatavisa Ghosh respectively crashes out in the final qualifying rounds of the ongoing DKS ITF JUNIOR TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIP 2020, been held at the synthetic courts of the Bengal Tennis Association Complex.
Top seed in the Girls Singles Under 18, Leena Bennetto from Canada dropped just 5 games en route to qualifying to the Main Draw. In the opening round, she won against Koyena Sircar by a dominating 6-1,6-0 and then followed it up with a 6-4,6-0 win over Kiran Rani Gnanavelu.
The Inauguration Ceremony will be held on Monday, 20th January 2020 at 9:30 am at the Bengal Tennis Association Complex, Salt Lake.
