The speakers, including Prof. Sumantra Ray, Sudeshna Maitra Nag, Dr. Sabyasachi Ray and others, focused on the transition of 'Bhavishya Shakti' Mobile Teaching Kitchens into a sustainable microenterprise co-operative.
