Project Karuna

Project Karuna, after taking up the critical task of feeding 15,000 people daily they learnt the importance of protecting the people involved specifically the police helping with the distribution. Project Karuna team sourced a few samples of Face Shields and handed them over to officers at Topsia Police station they feedback was great and there was demand for more but the challenge was it is very expensive as they were 3D printed also the supply was also limited so Pankaj Maloo from the team to a lead make it on their own. The team with their volunteers then looked to develop their own DIY prototype to cut down the prices and they built it and started distributing them.
