'Basanta Utsav' -- 'Hello Kolkata Spring Fiesta' was held on 16 February at K.G. Memorial Hall, Sealdah, replete with song, recitation, socio-cultural discussion, etc. The program was presented by Bilkes Perveen Chatterjee (Founder of 'Sapney' and 'P&C Art Arena'), supported by Lions Club of Calcutta Sunshine, Soma Bhattacharya, IDEF, Dumdum Prayas, Rotary Club of Calcutta South East, Alviva, Global, ENIGMA by Payal Varma and Kaffeine Entertainment. The event was managed by SS Events of Sangita Sinha.
The host of dignitaries included veteran vocal artists Seba Gupta & Runa Roychowdhury, LIC consultant Reshmi Nayek, social activists Mubarak, Farooque Malik, Ehteshamul Haq and Shamim, Kiran Tiwari (President - Lions Club of Kolkata Sunshine), senior Lions like Dilip Agarwal and Charles Jha, Soumitra Dey, Puja Saha, Manisha Nandi, Susanta Bose, Ranjita Dutta Khan, Naderchand Hazra and Sritanaya.
Asish Basak, Editor-Director, 'Hello Kolkata' remarked that such socio-cultural platform as 'Hello Kolkata Fiesta' increases the scope for holistic development of our society.
