Calcutta Gymkhana Club beat Calcutta South Club in the last group tie to qualify from Group A as the number one club from the group. In another Group B encounter Tollygunge Club beat Dakshin Kalikata Sansad 2-1 to qualify as number one team from the group. Calcutta Gymkhana in their home match will play Dakshin Kalikata Sansad and Tollygunge Club in their home match will play against Calcutta South Club.
