Our mundane
everyday lives are run on these positive or negative energies which we attract
and give out. A content mind is likely to attract positivity which also is
reflected in his daily actions and thoughts and the people in his proximity
will experience this positivity, given that they are open to it. Similarly a
man unsatisfied and jealous, self abandoning, constantly complaining of life's
shortcomings will remain unaffected by the positivity around him and only
attract the same vibrations he is giving out, negative.
Exercising in
nature, indulging in art, practising meditation and daily affirmation, &
keeping a gratitude journal, ultimately nourishes our soul and helps us
maintain a positive perspective.Being grateful for what you already have
ultimately sets in motion the wheel of attraction. Regular meditation can
highly contribute to your daily dose of positivity. Remember to love yourself
and make yourself a priority, train yourself to follow an unfailed routine of
meditation, affirmation and gratitude and positivity will flow unreservedly and
in abundance.
