Ms. Mita Banerjee, eminent Advocate, Calcutta High Court has issued a Demand Notice to Ms. Mousumi Bhattacharya, Secretary, 'Baranagar Kashphool Durgotsav Committee'.
The demand for approx. 60,000 INR is made on behalf of her client, a Kolkata-based Media & Theme-Making Consultancy, who has not received their dues for more than 18 months, informed the lawyer. The demand is for services rendered, including Theme Making and PR for Durga Puja 2018 of 'Baranagar Kashphool'.
The head of the said Kolkata Media is an acclaimed intellectual and much admired in social and professional circle. He feels his intellectual property rights has been violated and so he has urged Advocate Mita Banerjee to undertake this step, after keeping up patience for more than 18 months.
