Demand for Top Execs

Amid widespread layoffs and salary cuts, some companies continue to scout for top executives. More than 200 director-level and above posts were available last week across job portals, esp. for technology and digital leaders, besides core domain specialists. Some experts feel top-level hiring is relatively less affected because critical positions can’t be put off for long. But others expect C-suite recruitment to almost half in the next two quarters.
